The PATHWAY TO YOUR DREAM HOME

Our Process

Dream Home Consultation

The first step is to meet, get to know you and your family and to learn about your wants and needs for your perfect home.  You will get to learn about our construction experience, our communication style, and the quality you should expect with a Siegle Construction home.  After the consultation,  you will have a better understanding of the custom homebuilding process and what to expect along the entire journey.

Design Agreement and Loan Pre-Approval

The next step is entering into a design agreement.  If you have a plan in mind that needs adjustments or if you need help designing your custom floor plan, our team is here to help.  We will take all information from your dream home consultation and work with our architects to create a perfect floor plan and elevation to help you envision how your new home will look when completed.  Before we move forward we will need a pre-approval issued by your mortgage lender.  Don’t worry! We also have some great lender partners that we can connect you with to help you through the process.

Estimate and Contract Agreement

Once the floor plans are complete and scope of work is finalized, we will begin the process of translating your vision into a full estimate and contract.  We will review the estimate together and ensure it aligns with your budget and design selections and finalize our contract agreement.  Once your construction loan closes, we can move forward with obtaining your building permit.

Construction Starts

Now we break ground and your dream is becoming a reality!  We will start excavation, laying underground utilities and pour your foundation.  Your new home will begin to take shape as the walls start to go up and all your design selections are installed.  We will be in communication every step of the way and walk you through each stage of construction.

New Home Orientation

Final walk through and inspections are the last step and your new dream home is ready!  We will have a new home orientation to ensure you are educated about the structure and systems of your home.  Once the lender issues the final funds and the certificate of occupancy is issued you will be ready to move in!
